Where I Stand after wod 12.4

Standings in Crossfit Open after wod 4:

Crossfit 321-My team is in 16th Place in the North East

I am in 384 (out of 1,596 women in NE) so i dropped nearly 50 places from last week. I am in the top 25% int he North East and in the world I place 4,467 (dropping 600spots- out of 16,547 women) and am in the top 27%. 

I was very impressed with our team this week. We placed 36 our lowest score yet but i feel like our team did an amazing job pushing though the pain of this workout to get to those muscle ups and every single one they got were hard earned and amazing to watch. 

This wod was rough! 150 Wall balls and 90 double unders in 12 minutes is a tough feat to accomplish. I only got 66 of the double unders completed. I can double under pretty well but not after 150 wall balls. I was surprised how badly it locked up all my muscles and made double unders nearly impossible. Overall i am ok with my score- i wish i could have got more doubleunders but my body wouldn’t allow it so theres nothing more i can do but train harder.

Wod 12.3 which was 20 min amrap of box jump, push press, toe to bar was my best one so far (197th place with my 8 rounds plus 1 score). That type of workout is really what i am good at- Usually not long ones but that type of wod at 10 minutes or under is really my thing. I am really hoping this last wod will be a good one for me. I would like to contribute to the team. 

I am looking forward to the open being over and getting back to normal training and fun Saturday workouts with less stress and less days off to make sure i am not sore going into the competition wod.
