Wod 12.1 - AMRAP 7 Min Burpees with 6 inch Jump TEAM- Crossfit 321 got 708 burpees placing us in 9th place out of 169 teams (We need to stay top 30 to make it to regionals). Super proud of my team! Baking it right now. Ill let you know how it turns out. It was Super GOOD. It tasted like store bought sauce :) I recomend it. Maybe cut the zucchini into thin circles instead of the long way that i did- might make it a little easier to eat.

Cindy- partner style
Todays fun sat wod was cindy with a partner. While one person moves the other does two burpees then rests. Cindy is 20 minutes as many rounds as possible - 5 pullups, 10 pushups, 15 squats. 9 min amrap last nights wod- 3 ground to over head (75#/95#) 6 ring dips ( i had to use a small band- i can do maybe 3-4 ringdips without a band but i struggle. Row 2000 m.. Oh what fun!
Row 2,000 meters Time: 8:27  This was 4 seconds past my last (and only) time rowing 2000m. I feel like i could have rowed a little harder. I need to work on my stamina for long distances.
