littlemermaidslove asked: So I've been trying to work on doing full pull-ups and I was wondering if you had any advice and if it took you a long time to get there? I can currently do about 1-2 pull ups with 16 lbs assistance. P.s. love your tumblr - super motivating for us beginners :).

Baking it right now. Ill let you know how it turns out. It was Super GOOD. It tasted like store bought sauce :) I recomend it. Maybe cut the zucchini into thin circles instead of the long way that i did- might make it a little easier to eat.

Cindy- partner style
Todays fun sat wod was cindy with a partner. While one person moves the other does two burpees then rests. Cindy is 20 minutes as many rounds as possible - 5 pullups, 10 pushups, 15 squats. 9 min amrap last nights wod- 3 ground to over head (75#/95#) 6 ring dips ( i had to use a small band- i can do maybe 3-4 ringdips without a band but i struggle. Row 2000 m.. Oh what fun!
Row 2,000 meters Time: 8:27  This was 4 seconds past my last (and only) time rowing 2000m. I feel like i could have rowed a little harder. I need to work on my stamina for long distances.

Wod 1/30/12 double unders, sdhp, t2b
4 rounds 50 double unders 15 kettlebell SDHP (70/53#) 10 toes to bar                                My time: 10:19* AS RX My double unders were on pretty good yesterday got the first 45 in a row. It was a great workout my forearms were swolen and it made it hard to keep going. Happy with my time :) need to work on breating better to get more doubleunders in a row.

Last nights wod was Row 2 min Rest 2 min X 6 for meters I rowed 2,986 meters- which is the most i have ever rowed. There was so much lactic acid in my arms and legs it was hard to keep going. Overall happy with my score- averaged about 480 ish m in 2 minutes. It was hard to walk right after rowing. Going snowmobiling this weekend! Leaving after work to head up to camp. Amrap 10 minutes 5 Pull ups 10 Box jumps (20/24) I had the best score of the day yesterday for women- 14 rounds + 13 reps. I was super stoked to get the top score! It was a lung burner!
